The Computer Centre of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences was established in 1976 with the aid of the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). The Centre provides data processing training to M.Phil. and Ph.D. scholars from across the country and has been recognised as a Centre for Consultancy Data Processing and Analysis by the ICSSR.
