The second Webinar in the Series on Gender, Health and Rights is titled "Gender, Laws and Women's Health". In the words of the speaker Renu Khanna:

"I am going examine the laws that impinge on women's health and their lives. As a practitioner I find at the implementation level women's and girls' lives are differentially impacted - many times adversely - by the many laws meant to actually improve their lives. We will discuss how the MTP Act and the PCPNDT Act and the POCSO interact in the field to curtail the freedoms of women and girls."
