We assist organisations in studying their development objectives, interventions and results. This involves collaborative research to diagnose organisational needs and/or to examine implementations of OD efforts.
Our research areas span the broad spectrum of themes within OD, Change and Leadership - including strategy, structure, systems thinking, diagnostic models, forms of organising, high-performance systems, art and OD, people-focussed interventions, managing complexity and diversity, innovation, and collaborative advantage.
