The M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. from School of Management & Labour Studies at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. UGC-NET qualified in HRM/Labour Welfare/ Industrial relation. The focus of Ph.D. research was on ‘ Dalit Entrepreneurship’; the national level research fellowship was awarded for the same. The MPhil research was focused on ‘Decent Work Practice’ and MA research was focused on ‘Workers Education’. Having more than three years of experience in research and CSR projects were executed in rural, urban, tribal, slum, institutional and industrial settings.
