Dr Luthufi M is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Human Resources Management and Labour Relations, School of Management and Labour Studies, Tata Insitute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai. Prior to that, he had worked as an Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Management, CHRIST (Deemed To Be University), Pune Lavasa Campus. He holds a PhD. Degree from the School of Management and Labour Studies,TISS, Mumbai. He had also worked as an Academic Associate in the Human Resource Management Area at IIM, Ahmedabad. He has presented papers at various international conferences like EURAM, INDAM, PAN IIM and published papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
