Dr. Shobitha Poulose is an Assistant Professor in the Centre for Social and Organizational Leadership, School of Management and Labour Studies at TISS Hyderabad. She has a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from National Institute of Technology Calicut. Her Ph.D. focuses on the impact of various antecedents and consequences of employee work-life balance among Law enforcement officers. She has published papers in national and international journals of repute and has presented papers in various academic platforms in India and abroad. She was awarded the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Human Resource Management in the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC.
